PPF Service Deposit Policy
When booking your Paint Protection Film (PPF) service with Silverstone Auto Spa, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. PPF installations are labor-intensive and time-blocked services, often requiring an 3-4 days or more per vehicle. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill and directly impact our team’s schedule and operations.

This deposit is not refundable, but it is fully credited toward your total PPF service cost. It is not an additional fee—it simply holds your place on our calendar and confirms your commitment.

If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to work with you—just give us at least 72 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. However, cancellations or no-shows without adequate notice will forfeit the deposit.
